Contribute - how to set up?

Hi!

I’m trying to configure the Contribute module.

I installed the module, as well as the modules it depends on, and edited the resource templates to indicate the properties that can be edited:

In global settings I indicated the resource templates to be contributed, as well as who can contribute:

However, when on the item view page when I try to edit, the following error occurs:

Am I missing any configuration?

This installation is on OMEKA Version 4.1.1 and we are using a theme adapted from Cozy (1.6.2). We have already tried it with the Default theme
(1.8.0) and the error remains.
