The default theme for Omeka S displays few information at once (big fonts, large buttons, few items per screen). It is good for smartphone or small screens but not really for bigger screens and large databases.
Center row is a little better but still not as compact as omeka classic themes.
I understand this is the way webdesign is going whether you like it or not. However, I think some compact, high density of information (items lists) theme could be especially useful in the field.
Do someone is aware of the development of such compact theme?
