Hi all. We have an anonymous submission option on our collecting form (which is built into the Collecting module) where contributors check a box if they want to submit anonymously. There is, however, no way to isolate the items that were submitted anonymously using Omeka. At least there’s no way we know of. We’d like to do this to ensure some metadata consistency among our anonymous items.
It’s been suggested to us as that we could conduct a search using the API to find all items for which the anonymous box was checked. Is this possible? How might we go about doing this?
