Collecting form prompts will not save

After upgrading to Omeka S 4.2, I’m no longer able to save prompts in collecting forms. I get this error…
Doctrine\Common\Collections\AbstractLazyCollection::containsKey():
Argument #1 ($key) must be of type string|int, null given,

and defined in vendor/doctrine/collections/src/AbstractLazyCollection.php:106
. I upgraded the collecting module to 1.12.1 but no luck saving prompts. Any ideas?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention! It should be fixed in the next release (v1.12.2), published tomorrow.
