Change Column Widths on Homepage

I am using the Seasons theme and would like to change the column widths on the front page that will allow for a responsive design for mobile devices and tablets. Is there a way to do this without creating a Simple Page? If I do need to go with a Simple Page, do you recommend using Bootstrap for grids and incorporating shortcode for the elements?

You can change the width of the divs on the front page in the theme files themselves (there’s guidance on modifying themes in the developer documentation). The most recent versions of Seasons+Omeka should be displaying responsively.
