Can anyone help.
I have been in touch with our hosting company and they have advised me ImageMagick cannot be installed on their systems because it could compromise their shared server customers and open a can of worms.
So the question is can I use alternative image manipulation software instead of IM? If so how is IM removed from the system and replaced with the alternative choice.?
In addition ImageMagick, you can use the PECL ext/imagick extension (Omeka 2.2 and above) or the PHP GD extension (Omeka 2.3 and above). Instructions for configuring these options are in the linked documentation.
