There was a change to the structure of our source files so we made a change to the load mapping. I would like to move metadata from the Description field to the Notes field to match the new record structure. I can’t see that there’s a way to do this. I have 3,500 items that need updating, so bulk is better.

Which version of the plugin are you using?
Newest version 2.9 includes a Copy/Move feature that should help you with that (please note: I’ve tested it on several Items, but not on 3500, so you might want to backup your db before trying it).
