Is there any way to export all AvantRelationships in Omeka as csv? For the csv-export of the collection, the data (items linked) is not saved.

The csv-export plugin does not know about the relationships tables which is why it does not export that information. Someone would have to make an enhanced version of that plugin that queries the relationship_rules and relationship_type tables as well as the other Omeka tables they refer to. This would require quite a bit of effort.
