Asset block doesn't save selected asset in BlockPlus

With BlockPlus installed and active, when I choose an asset and then save, the Asset block doesn’t retain the asset.
I’m using BlockPlus 3.4.15.9 in Omeka S 4.0.0

Is there anyone experiencing same issue?
