When I upload a file, like a PDF, the url publicly available do not show the file name, but a series of letters and numbers dot PDF. Is there any way to preserve the file name when you upload to S3?

Omeka always changes the names of files you upload, even if you don’t use S3 storage.
Some members of the Omeka community have written plugins that maintain the original filenames, but I’m not sure how those interact with S3 storage.
