I just changed the theme to The Daily. Show pages on my previous theme would add underlines for those fields that I had made searchable, which doesn’t seem to happen with The Daily. Is there a way to change this?
Could you show an example of what you mean by fields you made searchable?
In the first example, the theme I used underlines each of the elements that are searchable.
The second shows the same item on my new site with the theme I’m now using. The elements are also searchable, but one can only tell that by placing the cursor over the text.

The new theme should highlight URLs. It appears that the highlight is being set to white. Can you post a screenshot of your theme settings? In the admin area, navigate to Appearance > Configure Theme.
