Adding "Download Menu" plugin to the Mirador module

Hello, I can not seem to find the right place to add the “Download Menu” plugin for Mirador.
This is the path I took:
/space/omekaS_3.0/modules/Mirador/data/plugins/DownloadMenu

Do I need to break up the “Download Menu” folder and drop the CSS and JS in to their separate folders? I assumed adding the plugin to the mirador plugin folder would be logical since that’s how Omeka modules work.

Some background info.: We use Omeka S 3.0, Perhaps that is the issue. A former colleague replaced our universal viewer with mirador and there is no download function. Curious if this is default for Mirador or if my former colleague got rid of it. Does anyone have a download function within their Mirador viewer?
