Adding copy button to the resource template list and item list

Hi,

I posted two Pull-Requests that add ‘copy buttons’ to the resource template list browser and item list browser of the admin dashboard.

Adding 'copy' action to the resource template browser.

Adding 'copy' action to the item browser.

These patches are tested only by myself. Request your testing and comments.
