Sometimes I need to do a complex search for items in my database and come up with the perfect search statement. It would be great to have a kind of “whiteboard” page on the admin side that I could use to copy and paste those search statements for future reference-- more or less a list of bookmarks-- and also to share with colleagues who are also working with the site when I want to direct them to a specific list of items. Or does something like this already exist?
You can bookmark your search results page. There isn’t a designed place to stash your bookmarks in Omeka, but you can use your browser’s bookmarks or a third party bookmark manager. And if you really want to keep it in Omeka you could create a private item or collection and paste them in the description.
