I’ve just seen a recent post about a @mebrett (Is Classic Still Supported?) , where it is stated that a new release of Omeka Classic is coming, and I was wondering whether there’s anything like a Wishlist, where users can suggest new features that than developers could possibly implement or discard?

We don’t really have a wishlist collection spot for releases. The one that @mebrett referred to the other day is feature complete, and is in the testing and documentation stage.
If you have particular things in mind, you might post them under the appropriate category here, and we can take note of them for consideration in the roadmap for the future. And, if there are existing workflows that would help you achieve your goals, we’ll be happy to share those as well.
