I activated the Scripto plug-in, but when I click on an individual item on my exhibit, it would not load at all. It just give me an general error message. The website was updated very recently so I don’t think that is the issue. I deactived the plug-in when I saw the problem and it fixed the issue. Has anyone else had a similar and how did you solve it?
Emily, can you let us know which Omeka and Scripto plugin versions are you using?
We have Omeka Classic version 3.0.1 and the Scripto plug-in is Version 2.4 .
What version of MediaWiki are you using? Do you see an error in the console of your browser’s web development tool?
At any rate, you should upgrade your Scripto plugin to the most recent version (v2.5).
