Video file uploads denied

Using Curatescape and Omeka I have been unable to upload videos getting either a 500 error, file too large, or 404 page not found error after a long upload time.
I have tried turning on OPCache, php info file, setting the file size limit to 500 megs (tend to be uploading less than 100meg files)

Please advise on how to resolve.

Have you checked all three settings listed in this section of the documentation - in config.ini and php.ini? If none of these resolve the issue, you might need to talk to your server administrator/hosting service.
