Using Two Different JCarousel Sliders on the Same Site?

Hello!

I was wondering if it is possible to use two Shortcode sliders in Omeka that are formatted differently. I want to use one slider on the front page (with one image), and another slider on a different page (with 4 images per slide). However, the problem that I’m encountering is that the code references only one plugin for the entire website, and thus the same jCarousel plugin format appears everywhere on the site. Is there any way to have two different sliders on Omeka sites?

There are many options available that you should be able to put into the shortcode. For what you describe, using num=1 or num=4 on the different pages’ shortcodes should do the trick. More documentation is here. http://omeka.org/codex/Shortcodes#Shortcodes_Carousel
