Short question, is there a way to use EAD in Omeka-S ? I currently need some of the categories available in EAD. Is there an equivalente to EAD in the vocabularys that omeka-s can use?

You can import any RDF/S vocabulary into Omeka S (with some qualifications). So, the game would be to find an EAD representation in RDF and import it.
The major qualification is that Omeka S flattens data structures, so subproperties and subclasses are not preserved.
