I’m currently using the plugin Carta for a project, having a map containing a lot of items, i want to make a dynamic search function to make markers only appear when corresponding to the research.
Since the omeka advanced search function is very well done, i would like to know if it’s possible to use it with javascript (that’s mean without refreshing the page), or at least, make results of advanced search working at other URL’s than “items/browse”.
I only need the id of items corresponding to the terms of the search.
I was thinking of a home-made search function for carta, but it would be more limited than the omeka search function, and probably less optimized in term of time.
