UniversalViewer PDF Default Zoom Level

Do you know how to define the default zoom level (e.g., 125%) in universal viewer?

First, I copied the file modules/UniversalViewer/asset/universal-viewer/config.json to themes/[THEME]/asset/universal-viewer but I could not find any option to change the default (initial) zoom level. I tried without any success both:
