Universal Viewer next/last arrows

We’re finding that with the Universal Viewer plugin, when it is used with PDFs, the page navigation buttons at the top of the window don’t display; just empty grey boxes. The buttons themselves do work, though.

Any suggestions?

There may be a collision with another css or js somewhere in the page. There is a new version of Universal Viewer that use the version 2 or 3 of the js library UniversalViewer. Is the issue the same for v2?
