Server side images / files

Hi,

Is it possible to add server-side images to an item? I only see an option to upload new images…

Hi Erik,

You can use the CSV Import plugin to add files in bulk using URLs. You can add files to existing items by using the items’ IDs or some unique metadata field. Or you can bulk-add items with files all in one spreadsheet.
Other import tools also may help, if you search the plugins page.

Another possible option for what you might be looking for: the plugin Dropbox lets you add files to Omeka from original copies that are on the same server.
