Search-by-Metadata plugin

Omeka newby and non-techy running v2.4… through AMPPS on standalone Win7 machine.

I tried to install Search by Metadata v1.2.1 plugin but it returns a ‘Not valid plugin’ notice.

Had no trouble with other plugin installs.

Any thoughts?

What’s the name of the folder, as it appears in the plugins directory where you put it?

Thanks Patrick. My mistake. Correct folder (SearchByMetadata) was inside incorrect (unzip) folder. Have fixed and Plugin works fine. A salutary lesson to all: read the documentation! :slight_smile:
