I am trying to build an Omeka based website in Hebrew, and haven’t seen any.
1 Is it possible to have the entire page as right to left? and if so, where do I do this on the theme?
2. I also tried to set the dir="rtl"attribute for a specific page but once I save the page it disappears. Please assist!

There isn’t anything specifically built into S (or Classic, for that matter) for handling RTL. If you have ideas for functionality that would be helpful/useful in this area, please let us know. People have tended to rely on the Unicode/browser rules for RTL characters, or on custom themes.
As for the attribute disappearing, this is probably happening because of HTMLPurifier… you could temporarily disable it in the global settings to see if that’s the case.
