Return more than 10 exhibit results with shortcode?

I am using a simple page and the exhibits shortcode to list all of my exhibits on a page. However it is only showing 10 exhibits. I set the Results per Page to 100 in the Display Settings under Appearance but that hasn’t solved the issue.

Have you checked the shortcodes documentation?

The exhibits shortcodes, like most that return multiple results, take a num argument that you can change. So, try something like [exhibits num=100].
