We’re recently adding new audio files to our exhibits and I was wondering why the audio players are difference in style even though they’re the same mp3 file. Has anyone ran into this situation before?

Hmmmm… do you have any modules that are trying to change the player, or ones that seem like they might?
The standard Omeka S audio player is to just use the browser player, which would probably be the lower one in your screenshot. For every audio file do you see these two? That suggests to me that you have something that’s trying to display an alternative player (the top player) and it’s just not hiding the native player properly.
Hmm we do have couple modules running in the background but I can’t think of any might cause it. Could it be “Universal Viewer”?
ok it is “Universal Viewer” causing it since the issue went away after i deactivated it.
