Today I updated from 1.3 to 1.4 and I have these error

Omeka requires the PHP extension mbstring, and it is not loaded.
An exception occured in driver: SQLSTATE[HY000] [1045] Access denied for user ''@'localhost' (using password: NO)

could you help me?

mbstring is a package to install on the server, you need a server access to get it, or you need to enable it in the config panel of your server.
