I am attempting to acquire a version of Omeka for a multi-institutional project that requires the Neatline plugin, and the plans on omeka.net do not seem to offer it any longer. Does anyone know if there is still a plan that includes this plugin? Or, is there another plugin that has now replaced it?
Omeka.net does not support Neatline and has not done so in the past.
What was your objective in using Neatline?
Is there a version that does support Neatline, for example, if I installed the software locally?
A standalone instance of Omeka Classic should support any plugin listed in the plugin directory, as long as it meets the minimum version requirement.
There is an explanation of the differences between a site on Omeka.net and a site on your own instance of Omeka Classic on the About page for Omeka.net.
