Is there documentation out there about getting Omeka Classic, Reclaim Hosting, and Omeka plugins to work nicely together?

I am encountering these same issues, as indicated by this topic:

Neatline Map Layer OK in Editor Not Fullscreen or Public

Context: Mac/Safari 15.3 Omeka Classic 3.0.1 Neatline 2.6.4 Neatline Settings & Anomalies Exhibit Setting / Spatial Layers set to OpenStreetMap + Stamen Toner/Watercolor/Terrain Editor displays Stamen layer, but layer selector does not activate OpenStreetMap Editor functions normally using Stamen T/W/T on records and at exhibit level Public View or Fullscreen View do not display any Spatial Layer, but do display navigation points and SIMILE timeline.
