I upgraded to Omeka-S 1.4.0 yesterday. Everything seemed to work fine in the updated installation until I attempted to access Items and Item sets. Clicking on either results in the system returning " Omeka S encountered an error." Pages display correctly, including incorporated media items. Pages can be edited and media can be inserted without issue. The problem appears to be limited to displaying items from the Items and Item sets views. Any help would be appreciated.
