Installation directory question

Omeka S Installing

I am still trying to get Omeka-S up on an RHEL 7 server.

Can someone verify that the installation path below ‘looks’ ok? I have to use httpd24 due to that is what is available in the repo.

I am new to RHEL 7 but have a lot of experience with previous RHEL versions and the path just looks odd to me.

/opt/rh/httpd24/root/var/www/html/omeka-s

Normally on a self-run server I’d expect something more like /var/www/html/omeka-s as your path, but I wouldn’t necessarily say this looks “wrong.” If your server’s DocumentRoot is /opt/rh/httpd24/root/var/www/html then this would be as expected, I’d say. You could always move the DocumentRoot elsewhere if you wanted to alter the path.
