At the University of Rochester, we use Reclaim Hosting to make it easier for our faculty and students to create web-based digital scholarship projects. Because Reclaim uses CPanel, Wordpress installs have this really handy feature: you can log in as the Wordpress admin user by clicking on a link next to the Wordpress install in CPanel, because a login key is embedded into the wp-admin link from that interface. This has proved enormously useful for support staff such as myself because in Reclaim Hosting, I can simply switch over to that faculty or student’s user account and then log into their wordpress install from there, without needing to know their password. I attached a screenshot in case it’s easier to see what I mean.
It would be great if this support for this type of login key could be implemented in Omeka.
