Lissette, I believe that’s a search page that’s been customized, with some static parts (like Sort Order, for instance) and many dynamic ones (list of Item Types, or Publishing Dates).
If you wanted something similar, you might get in touch with Neptum’s curators and see whether they can share that part of the code with you, and then start from that.
