Exhibit page with url to dynamic site page

It would be great if I could make one of my exhibit pages simply be a link to one of the dynamic Omeka pages, for example, my exhibit pages could be something like

Overview of the 19th Century Art from 19th Century <linking to http://mysite/items/show/6> Overview of the 20th Century Art from 20th Century <linking to http://mysite/items/show/7>

Any way or ideas on how to accomplish this?
