Error message when adding users- RuntimeException

Hi,
I am teaching a class on Omeka S.

I am trying to add users to Omeka S, and each time I get this message:
Laminas\Mail Transport\Exception\RuntimeException

Any time how to allow them access the Omka S, if they don’t get the email invite?

I think you can still reset their password, and while that will also show a similar error message, the new password will work so you can send it to them through other means.
