Element Types plugin configure date content won't show

Hello,
I have Omeka Classic 2.6.1 installed with plugin ElementTypes 0.5.0
As I configure the field dublin core:Date as date with format d/m/Y the Item view for all the elements won’t show the content for date. For old or new added items

When I create a new item, the plugin effectively works to offer a “date picker” in date field, and If I edit the items, the date is there, but once I search for the item and that its values are shown, date will be blank in all of them.

Anyone using this plugin and that worked can give me any advice?
