Issue resolved itself when I uninstalled and deleted the plugin and then reinstalled.
I plan to use the Commenting plugin for my site and would like it to display at the bottom of the primary column on the left, underneath the Docs Viewer, but before the Bookmarking plugin. For files that are PDFs, I removed the image normally displayed as it seemed redundant and didn’t offer anything of value to the item view page. Now the Docs Viewer is at the top of the column on the left until I configured the Commenting plugin, which then elbowed it’s way to the front of the line.
