We have 19 Omeka installations, each in its own subdomain. On only one of those, clicking the DatabaseBackup button displays a white screen. I have tried:
- Uninstalling, removing and reinstalling the DatabaseBackup plugin
- Editing .htaccess to uncomment the SetEnv line
- Setting config.ini to log errors
- Deactivating each of the other plugins in turn to test for conflicts
I get no results from any of these - still a blank white screen with each try, and no error messages or logged errors. Again, the backup plugin works just fine on all of the other virtually identical installations.
What can I try next?
