CSV Import - URL Exceptions

Using Omeka.net.
Attempting import using CSV Import for first time.

1. Followed all instructions & the video. Formatting is correct. URL is public and permanent.
2. Import process completes as expected if import does not include URL column.
3. Import skips items, not rows, if URL column is present. Title of column with URL is “File”.

I’ve referred to all the help information. Where can I find an error message or more help?
