Dear friends, I’m getting started with Omeka, running with XAMPP.
I can’t upload files to items. It shows an error:
“Omeka has encountered an error”. No mime extensions available. But I check out settings and they are all included.

If you’ve turned on error display, can you paste the full error message?
Have you followed the link in the message? (“retrieving error messages”)
It has instructions for getting the full details about errors like this.
Yes jflatnes, I opened the .htaccess file in the root of my Omeka installation, and uncommented the SetEnv APPLICATION_ENV development Line. But, it doesn`t show any mesagge on te screen
I have solve the problem. Probably the imagemagick path was not working.
