I’m trying to install the Omeka-S to a new RHEL server.
I checked everything. I tried multiple times. I can not pass the white screen of death.
Can you help me? How can I install the latest version to a server? Is it different from PC?
Please help me.
A white screen generally indicates a fatal PHP error… this is probably being logged somewhere on your server (often the Apache error log).
As a first basic question, what version of PHP do you have? My recollection is that the default version Red Hat provides is still too old.
My current PHP version is 5.4.45. I know that I need PHP 5.6, but previously I tried that also and same error occured. If needed I can update and try then?
