Bulk Export downloads are failing due to “Forbidden” error message.
I have adjusted the file location permissions but downloading using the cloud icon with the down arrow or the url from the in of page still gives us a forbidden error. Our host seems to think it is related to the domain name and wants us to clone the site and create a new subdomain, but it worked a few months ago and that seems like overkill for what should be an easy solution. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. This is the URL of the csv we are trying t download. We can download via CPanel in File Manager but its not very convenient.
