Browse sort by title not working because it's using another vocabulary - how to fix?

Hi there,

I’m wondering if there’s a setting or module that would change the browse sort by Title from the default Dublin Core vocabulary to another vocabulary that the item actually uses. For instance we have items with a full MODS vocabulary set, so it’s using MODS:title instead of DC:title, which the sort function uses. I have already set the Browse heading property to Mods:title, but this doesn’t seem to affect the browse sort by at all.

I don’t know if there’s an out of the box module that does this, but the choices in the sorter are set up so that modules can change them, so a module could replace the existing Title option there with one that uses the mods title property instead.
