Admin Images: Plugin broken on Reclaim Hosting

Installing Admin Images 1.3 on a vanilla Omeka install on Reclaim Hosting results in this error when I try to view the plugin page in the admin panel:

This page isn’t working
<my domain> is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500

(<my domain> is something else obviously :smiley:)

Any ideas?
